Our Story

Hawk Training was founded in 1989, inspired by the vision, precision and determination of a hawk in flight, qualities that continue to define who we are today.

What began as a small, specialist training provider has grown into a nationally recognised organisation with more than 30 years’ experience in apprenticeships, vocational training and workforce development. From our early work in management and business programmes, we have expanded across sectors, always focused on delivering practical, career-focused learning that makes a real difference in the workplace.

We are proud to hold Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ status and to partner with leading organisations such as the Chartered Management Institute, helping thousands of individuals and employers to achieve their goals.
