HR Generalist (Internal Recruiter)

As our apprenticeship provision continues to grow, we are looking for a HR generalist, with solid experience of internal recruitment, to join our small HR team of 2 at our office in Twickenham. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and wants a career, not just a job. You will work closely with the senior management team and HR department and have passion for sourcing new talent and growing our existing workforce.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in internal recruitment, rather than commercial recruitment, as you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will be involved in the whole 360 recruitment process from posting the advert, initial screening, interviewing candidates and offering positions.

We work in a challenging yet rewarding sector - you get out what you put in. Therefore, new members to our team must be confident and effective communicators, flexible and resilient and above all prove themselves to be engaging and resourceful.

This is an exciting, fast paced role and an opportunity for an experienced candidate to lead on internal recruitment so we are looking for a candidate who is friendly, hardworking, has excellent communication skills, is dedicated and self-motivated! As with any role within Hawk, there is an opportunity to develop and support the HR department with the entire onboarding process and the training and development of our staff.
