We have an exciting new opportunity available for in our Bristol Office.

The successful candidate will be given full guidance and instruction in reception duties and office administration. This is an excellent first step for a career in our industry. With opportunities to develop into a Property Manager for the right person .


Duties to include

  • To ensure the smooth running of the office, providing support to the property management team and Head of Property Management, including an awareness of GDPR requirements (clear desk policy, key holding)
  • Answering telephone calls and directing to appropriate person if unable to assist with query
  • First point of contact for visitors to the office, presenting professional image
  • Collecting and dropping off post each day
  • Managing internal control sheets and key log
  • Dealing with office building and facilities matters (Landlord, cleaners etc) and office equipment, maintenance and services (photocopiers, printers, iPad’s etc)
  • Liaising with IT department as required for general office issues (server, telephone lines etc)
  • Organising office events (Christmas party etc)
  • Managing petty cash and associated expense returns
  • Collating all staff expense returns monthly to ensure prompt payment
  • Assisting with new starter set up process (HR, Systems, IT etc) and office familiarisation/induction
  • Archive management in conjunction with HO
  • Ad hoc assistance to other local offices (Bath/Cheltenham etc)
  • Assisting the Property Managers with ad hoc administrative duties (i.e mail merges, circulars, contractor correspondence, invoice approval etc)


Future Prospects

  • We are always looking for individuals that we can develop into Property Managers. Those that show the right working ethos and aptitude for property management have the opportunity to develop and transition into such roles.


Training provided

Qualification:  Business Administration Apprenticeship
Level: 2 or 3
Duration: 12/18 months
Apprenticeship Delivery: Work based qualification. A tutor will visit you every 4-6 weeks in your work place.
