Tara Humphrey Consulting Ltd (THC) is a fast-growing Consultancy specialising in primary care project management business consultancy across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex and we are looking to add ambitious apprentice to our team of 4 staff based Whitstable.

To date, our services have impacted over 300 general practices, and we are currently supporting over 150 general practice surgeries through the development of Community Education Provider Networks (CEPNs).

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Project Coordinator to work for Tara Humphrey Consulting Ltd (THC) who are a fast-growing Consultancy specialising in primary care project management business consultancy across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.


Job Purpose:
The Apprentice project coordinator will support and organise project activities.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Attending meetings with general practices, training providers and with the client
  • Minute taking and following up actions as appropriate
  • Developing project documentation and preparation of progress updates for clients
  • Developing project communications and information resources
  • Acting as the main point of contact for enquiries
  • Leading and managing projects
  • Creating email communications
  • Using social media and the company website
  • Marketing
  • Any other tasks as agreed


Skills required
The post holder will also be required to demonstrate a degree of creativity and flexibility to meet the requirements of the role.

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft


Qualifications required

  • GCSEs A-C in Maths and English or equivalent (Level 2 in Key Skills or Functional Skulls)

  • Able to manage time effectively

Qualification:  Business Administration Apprenticeship
Level: 4
Duration: 18 months
Course Type: Apprenticeship Framework

Apprenticeship Delivery: Work based qualification. A tutor will visit you every 4-6 weeks in your work place.


Units Covered:
The programme is spread across 18 months and typically covers 21 units with the option to take on extra stretch and challenge units if desired. These units are split into 3 themes which complement each other and create a better learning experience:

1) Communication in Business

2) Administrative Services and Functions

3) Management

4) Working with others


The programme will also require the apprentice to cover Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)


Functional Skills: 
Apprentices also work towards a Level 2 qualification in English and maths in the first half of the programme if they have no prior exemption (GCSE’sA – C or equivalents in English and Maths).
