Employer Description:

Les Enfants is a warm and friendly environment, catering for children from the age of 6 months to school age. We pride ourselves on our high quality childcare and education along with our ability to meet the needs of every individual child. Considering equality of opportunity for all children irrespective of race, gender, culture or additional need.

At Les Enfants, we feel that a nursery day requires careful planning in order to allow individual children to reach their full potential. We believe that children learn best through play and personal experience, our intention therefore is to provide a balance of structured learning whilst encouraging lots of free choice and less formal areas of play. By promoting learning as fun, we aim to create a happy, homely atmosphere in which your child can relax and enjoy the day.

The Nursery occupies two large Victorian houses that have been specifically adapted to meet the needs of each age group. Beginning our journey as a 24 place Day Nursery, we have gradually extended the facilities to accommodate 120 children. Many of our staff have been part of our team for 10 and in some cases even 20 years! We also consider ourselves fortunate as we are welcoming the next generation, the children of families who attended Les Enfants as children themselves in the past.
