Our Team of talented Consultants and Business Leaders in Application Services play a critical role in the support of our Client Services and Delivery Support.

Reshaping our Application Services organisation has created a number of career opportunities and we are looking for skilled, customer focused individuals to join our dynamic team and help us build a more scalable service capability for us and our clients in the future.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • To provide Customer Service for Northgate HR’s range of web products, including 3rd party products.
  • Control, monitor and report progress against allocated tasks.


  • Providing excellent Customer Service by providing technical information and support to relevant internal departments and external organizations.
  • Acquire and maintain specialist knowledge of designated company products and 3rd party products.

Install Northgate and associated third party software for customers as scheduled by the reporting line manager, in accordance with specified procedures.


You have:

  • This is a Customer Service role and therefore excellent communication skills are required.
  • Good written and verbal conduct of English language
  • IT aptitude
  • Desire to learn and progress
  • Resilience

Qualification Structure:
Successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to complete a fully certified Apprenticeship in customer Service Practitioner, which will cover the following standard:

  • Customer Service Practitioner standard level 2
  • Knowledge component
  • Employment rights and responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

This Apprenticeship is funded for the duration of:13 months.
