Weekly wage: £208.13 - £281.25
Working week: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
The administrative team within the Care and Support Department at Family Mosaic are responsible for the providing administrative support for the Operational Team including Housing Management.
As Administration Apprentice, you will form part of the admin team and contribute to the work of the department by providing a high quality and professional business support service.
Apprentices will receive full training within the role, alongside the relevant qualification that they will be working towards as part of the apprenticeship placement.
To provide an efficient central administrative and support service to the Operational Team including Supported Housing Management
To assist the admin team with administrative tasks such as post distribution, scanning, filing, photocopying and mail merges
To assist the admin team in ordering stationery and office supplies including cleaning materials
To accurately input data and maintain electronic systems for the department including Front Office, Northgate and Swordfish
To create and maintain filing systems, ensuring all key documents are retained and updated
To assist with production and distribution of weekly and monthly departmental reports
To organise and arrange internal and external meetings including room bookings and refreshments, sending appointments, distributing papers etc.
To receive telephone calls, including taking messages for team members
To assist with routine enquires from customers, external agencies and internal staff in person, by telephone or email
To assist in preparing sign up packs
To work as part of a team for the benefit of customers and colleagues
To assist with minute taking during meetings and distribution to the required staff
To participate positively in training courses and adjust own working practices accordingly

To maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism to the service
Carry out other duties as may be necessary from time to time
To work towards a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration
Ability and willingness to contribute to a positive team dynamic

An awareness of the aims and objectives of a housing association

Skills and abilities:
Good numeracy skills with the ability to interpret and organise basic statistical data
Good standard of English grammar
Confident IT user with the ability to operate Microsoft Office systems including Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure whilst being able to remain flexible and to plan, organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively verbally and in writing
Confident in making and receiving telephone calls
Have a demonstrable commitment to high standards of customer care
Good interpersonal skills
