Who is the programme for:

An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading and an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management offers individuals in employment the chance to gain nationally recognised qualifications and enhance their career opportunities within the Management sector.

 

Intermediate Programmes:

An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including supervisors, office team leaders, warehouse controllers, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Team Leading skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

No formal qualifications required.

 

Advanced Programmes:

An Advanced Apprenticeship in Management is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including supervisors, managers, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Management skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

No formal qualifications required.

 

Higher Level (Level 5):

The Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management has been developed to support those working as managers, senior managers, heads of department, directors and those working in a range of other senior management positions.

There are no qualification entry requirements for this Higher Apprenticeship. However it is expected that Level 5 Higher Apprentices will have significant experience of working at a middle management level, to ensure they have the suitable foundations on which to further build their knowledge and skills.

 

Delivery Method:

Apprenticeships are achieved through a blended learning approach, incorporating workplace learning, workshops, distance and online learning. One to one support, tuition and advice is available from our team of experienced and qualified Tutors, Assessors and Advisors ensuring that the needs of employers and employees are met.
