Who is the programme for:

An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service and an Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service offers individuals in employment the chance to gain nationally recognised qualifications and enhance their career prospects within the Customer Service sector. They provide the opportunity to develop fundamental Customer Service knowledge and skills sets, including areas such as: Resolving customer service problems, ‘Use of social media to deliver customer service’, ‘Analysing customer service data’ and ‘Understanding customers’.

 

Intermediate Programmes:

An intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including a Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Trainee, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Customer Service skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

Learners and employers can select a range of optional units relevant to their organisation from ‘Processing sales orders’ to ‘Meeting customers’ after sales needs’.

No formal qualifications required.

 

Delivery Method:

Apprenticeships are achieved through a blended learning approach incorporating workplace learning, workshops, distance and online learning. One to one support, tuition and advice is available from our team of experienced and qualified Tutors, Assessors and Advisors ensuring that the needs of employers and employees are met.

Learners will have access to a range of engaging e-learning platforms. BKSB helps develop functional skills in Maths, English and ICT with units individualised to the learner. Moodle is an interactive learning platform where learners have access to a variety of course resources to choose from to assist them along the way. E-track provides live data of course progress and portfolio documentation.
