Who is the programme for:

An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Children and Young People’s Workforce and an Advanced Apprenticeship in Children and Young People’s Workforce (Early Years Educator) offers individuals in employment the chance to gain nationally recognised qualifications and enhance their career opportunities within the Childcare sector.

 

Intermediate Programmes:

An Intermediate Apprenticeship in Children and Young People's Workforce is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including supervising children or classroom assistant, or for anyone who is looking to develop their Childcare skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

No formal qualifications required.

 

Advanced Programmes:

An Advanced Apprenticeship in Children and Young People's Workforce (Early Years Educator) is suitable for individuals working in various job roles including nursery managers, day care supervisors , or for anyone who is looking to develop their Childcare skills in preparation for enhanced career prospects.

GCSE Maths and English A-C required. Support can be provided to optain these qualifications as part of the programme where necessary.

 

Delivery Method:

Apprenticeships are achieved through a blended learning approach, incorporating workplace learning, workshops, distance and online learning. One to one support, tuition and advice is available from our team of experienced and qualified Tutors, Assessors and Advisors ensuring that the needs of employers and employees are met.
