I joined Hawk in December 2017 as an E-Learning Assistant after graduating in Multimedia Technology and Design. My role is to primarily create engaging, interactive and exciting content including graphics, icons and videos for Moodle, along with online/offline publications, following brand guidelines that represent Hawk Training. Since joining, I have consistently been learning whilst also utilising and portraying skills I learnt at university. Working under the Digital Learning Designer, I have been exposed to a number of different design packages that have helped me grow and drive my creative flair. I have been given a wide range of design tasks which, along with marketing duties, have required me to work outside of my comfort zone.
Along my journey, I have also been guided and supported in achieving a number of different qualifications in HubSpot including a certification in Email and Contextual marketing, whilst also currently undertaking my Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
I would definitely recommend Hawk Training and I am grateful that I joined a company which is supportive, passionate and dedicated in growing and empowering employees from the very beginning.More case studies
