I joined Hawk Training as a Childcare Tutor and since joining I am loving the role and the opportunities that Hawk Training has given me personally and professionally. Throughout my time as a tutor there has always been support and guidance available and I have been lucky enough to gain 7 qualifications developing my skills in this sector and allowing me to progress. Working for an outstanding training provider is so rewarding and every day I am still learning.
The role of a tutor carries many skills and I love the fact that every hour/day is different. I love how varied the job role is and the wonderful people I work with. I find being a tutor rewarding and I love it when learners achieve something for the first time. You realise that you have made an impact to an individual in helping them to gain their qualification and impact their future; a feeling that stays with you for a long time. Being a coach and mentor for the company allows me to share my experiences, guidance and offer support to new tutors joining the team, whilst helping them develop their skills and settle into a new job.
