Learner Employer Advisor - London

Due to continued success we are recruiting several Learner Employer Advisors to join our growing team. Your role will be predominantly field-based, covering London and the surrounding areas where you will be responsible for sourcing new employer leads, building long term employer relationships and recruiting learners onto our government funded Apprenticeships.

Job requirements:

You will be an excellent communicator who is customer focused and takes pride in delivering a quality service. This is a sales role although no ‘hard sell’ is required as the programmes you will be promoting are mainly government funded. A good salary with additional benefits below provides a platform from which to grow and maximise your income by achieving a team bonus.

Activities include:

- Making outgoing calls to generate new business leads
- Field sales and marketing
- Effective account management
- Presentations to employers and key stakeholders to promote the benefits of the provision
- Working with the Learning and Development Team to tailor programmes to meet employer needs
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records in Sage Act CRM database

Key criteria:

- A minimum of 2 year’s current experience working in a business development role, ideally in the training and development sector

- Must be able to work effectively in a team to achieve targets
- Proven success in generating new business
- Drive and commitment to succeed
- Professional and confident manner
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Full UK/EU driving licence (desirable)
