Hawk Training works with employers to interview and assess potential candidates, and short-list suitable candidates for their vacancy. There is no obligation to employ potential candidates put forward,if you feel they are not suitable.

Apprentices work towards a framework of qualifications including an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification), Technical Certificate, Functional Skills (where applicable) and ERR (Employment Rights and Responsibilities), which provide practical skills in the employees specific occupational areas.

Hawk's Apprenticeship or Train to Gain Programmes are an excellent way of developing your workforce, and are designed to ensure that all training reaches nationally recognised standards. You can enrol new or existing members of staff on the scheme (aged 16 or above) or use our recruitment service to find the right person for your vacancy.

The Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service is the official online recruitment system for Apprenticeships in England and is managed by the National Apprenticeship Service. The system enables quality vacancies from employers like you to be viewed and applied for nationally by thousands of candidates that register onto our system, making it easy for you to attract and recruit apprentices.

Apprenticeship vacancies lets candidates search for your vacancies using selected criteria such as geography, occupation, job role and keywords, in addition they can save their favourite searches. The system can be managed by learning providers on your behalf or by you and is designed to manage the recruitment process end to end through to successful appointment of your apprentice. There is no charge for using the service It is a national system, it opens up your vacancy to a wider pool of candidates actively interested in Apprenticeships.
