Working with our Apprentice Recruitment Manager, your role will be to coordinate the recruitment of Apprentices for some of our existing key clients and rapidly expanding, new client base. This includes establishing employer requirements, advertising and coordinating the Apprenticeship vacancies and candidate screening. You will organise and host regular assessment days at our offices in Twickenham, including one to one interviews with candidates and organising employer interviews with candidates.

This is a unique role which requires a high level of administration, customer service and communication skills and would suit an experienced recruiter/administrator, ideally from the training and development or recruitment sector. We are looking to recruit a real people person who delivers high standards of administration and customer service and would like the opportunity to work for an organisation that recognises talent. This is a fast paced but rewarding role, where multi tasking is essential - not one for the faint hearted!

Key criteria:

- A minimum of 3 year’s current experience working in a fast paced recruitment role, and development or recruitment sector
- Coordinating and hosting regular assessment days
- Engaging with employers to promote apprenticeship recruitment
- Confidence to deliver presentations and undertake interviews
- Professional and confident manner
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Effective diary management using Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work on own initiative and multi task
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accurate data entry and database skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- A desire for helping others to achieve
- Flexible approach and willing to travel within the London area if required
