What do you feel you learned more about whilst on your programme with Hawk?
I felt I learned a lot about the office/working environment and even myself. I learned I can achieve a lot when I put my mind to it and work hard. I learned to treat people with the same respect and attitude in order to be treated with that same respect back.
How do you feel your programme has had an impact on your job, and future career?
This programme has given me great confidence which I fell is very important when starting a new job in a new environment with new people. I have also learned the basic skills, such as good telephone manner.

Thank you so much for taking me on and helping me to progress my skills. I learned so much at Hawk and thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course. I am also considering continuing onto the Advanced Apprenticeship.

My legal role in my job and the legislations that apply to me and my work. It also gave me confidence.

My knowledge has broadened a lot and I feel a lot more confident in planning and implementing change within my team.

It will improve my CV and my confidence is much better now. I will put more forward for bigger roles in the future.
