Apprenticeships have been the backbone of British business for decades. The programmes have provided employers and employees with a national standard for training, development and recruitment specific to their sector.

Hawk Training works with employers to interview and assess potential candidates, and short-list suitable candidates for their vacancy. There is no obligation to employ potential candidates put forward,if you feel they are not suitable.

Apprentices work towards a framework of qualifications including an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification), Technical Certificate, Functional Skills (where applicable) and ERR (Employment Rights and Responsibilities), which provide practical skills in the employees specific occupational areas.
